- When should I book?
- Book by mid-November to guarantee install before Thanksgiving. We recommend reaching out as early as October to secure your preferred install date.
- What if a bulb burns out?
- We handle all maintenance at no extra charge throughout the season. One call and we're there.
- When do you take the lights down?
- We schedule takedown after the season — typically mid-January — and store everything until next year.
- Do I need to be home for the install?
- Not necessarily. We coordinate with you and can work with your schedule.
